ANNUAL REPORT 2009

Shareholders should be aware that the company has adopted a more efficient, financially responsible and environmentally friendly method of distributing it's Annual Report. The Annual Report will now be made available electronically via this website. It will be archived in the Announcements section and will also be temporarily linked from the home page. Any shareholder who would prefer to receive a printed Annual Report will need to advise the company in writing in advance of the Annual Report going into production.
